Our History
Our firm was founded in 1990 by Gianni Caucci as an electrical systems individual company. During the 90s it extended its activity to the whole sector of technological systems, operating across the whole country for countless clients, such as Procter & Gamble, Piaggio & Co spa, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays Bank, IMI Web Bank Milano, EMC Computer System Italia, Lucent Technologies e Hitachi Data System Italia. Moreover, the firm started to operate as a facility manager for relevant restaurant chains, such as Autogrill, Chef Express and McDonalds.
In the early 2000s, the firm became a limited company with Finsimel srl, extending its range of activities to construction and renovation of residential and commercial properties. In these years, we also started to operate as general contractors for clients such as the Vatican City Governorship, World Food Programme and Cisco System.
In 2006, the firm starts to construct autonomously residential complexes, and the business activities converge into a new company, Giara srl, currently operative in the following fields:
