We acted as general contractor for the renovation works of the abovementioned buildings, inside the Vatican’s Ville Pontificie. We executed works for the re-qualification of spaces, and modernization of systems while preserving the historical and cultural value of the buildings.

• Vatican Specola: structural consolidation, re-qualification of spaces, realization of systems for the Clarisse’s Monastery. 

• Observatories: construction works and consolidation of the foundations, architectural re-qualification and systems evaluation. 

• “Summer House”: complete demolition and reconstruction of the building.

• “Former Hearings Hall”: copper insulation of the roof
